As I have already said this is not as it was described on your advert on Facebook. The term used to describe what I was buying was (Premium Canvas) Not MDF frame with Polycotton. If that was what your advert said I certainly would not have bothered ad you can buy that cheap fake canvas from Groupon for about £8:99. I am not happy with your product and again I am asking for my money back. It is not right to con people like this. I have just read some of your 1-star reviews, I think you need to listen to your customers. Forget the thousands of happy customers you say you have and concentrate on the people who are not happy. Remember they are the people who keep you in business. Your replies to the honest opinions that everyone is entitled to. Seems a bit aggressive. I await my refund. Many thanks

Order number *******. Customer services in this company are terrible. My order did not arrive even though the money came out of my account. On trying to contact the company, not one phone call or one email was answered. So disappointing.

This company is dreadful!
The invoice states you are paying a set amount then deducts discount and including P & P! However when you do not live within the UK. You are charge revenue at the full price!
BE warned! They do not state this as " It has been in practice for sometime" was the reply I received from 1clinkprint!

I will never order from this company again it's been over a month and still haven't received my 3 canvas I ordered. I have sent several emails cause this company don't communicate over phone and all they say is it's been shipped on the 6th of May well it's almost June. Terrible communication with customers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I understand with the coronavirus it's been a challenge but this was suppose to be a gift for My daughters 1st Mother's Day. I will Never Order from this company again

Bought a print from this company on May 16th it's now June 18th and no delivery yet also when I call them all they do is hang up on me when they answer also ordered another print thru Verizon and received it in 2 weeks never will buy from this company ever again and will call Discover card and will get a refund that way this company is a farce and a complete sham don't waste your time with them

I placed an order and weeks later have not received it. I have emailed the company 5x and received the same exact response each time. I have called 6x and hung up on 5x. When I did speak with them, they assured me I would have it the next day... it did not come. There are many companies that offer this service... use any one of them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Read all reviews...they are horrible! Use any other company. DO NOT USE 1CLICKPRINT

I have ordered through a few different companies and thought I would give this one a try I received the canvas and it was of very poor quality as far as the picture it was very blurry. I have contacted the company about sending the picture back and getting my refund and nothing has ever happened just a lot of run around. I wish not to post the picture on this review because it is a picture of my grandchild.

Ordered on April 7 Th for Mother's DayAnd still nothing they claim they mailed it on April 16th, keep calling and I still get the same response should be there soon they have no tracking number, spoke with customer service today and they hung up on me

Need ability to do more editing than zoom in on a photo. After loading eight photos, on the ninth I noticed the price skyrocketed from $1.99 each to $9.99 each. No notice. Nothing in the ad. I contacted the company. Their email response was timely but advised me that the price goes up on the eighth. Maybe they have hidden this info somewhere that we wouldn't think of looking. Hmmm... I believe this is false advertising. Hidden away under SECTION 4 MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES (where you wouldn't even look) is the famous: "Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time." After reading reviews about poor quality and color I have decided that even eight canvas pieces for $1.99 each plus about $3 each for shipping, is not a good deal after all.

1st Time customer... I purchased a canvas for a friend who just lost her Mother, it is a precious picture of the two of them. I wanted to surprise her. BUT She never received the picture. I am unable to contact anyone from the company.

Horrible! This place is not ligit. Never received my order. Ordered in March then company said the would resend them. Lie. This is horrible that they can just steal money like that. I ordered pictures from free print app and got them in 1 week like promised.

I had over a thousand photos to order. I had created a folder but unfortunately you have to select each print individually. If you touch anywhere near the edge of any photo you lose your entire order and have to start again. Once I managed to upload my entire selection but my screen blacked out and I had to start again. To be fair this also used to happen in Boots and Jessops. If you decide to use this company then write down your password. For some reason if you have ordered from 1clickPrint before then when you get to paying and completing your order you are then required to log in. If you haven't got a password and create another one you are informed'Error email already in use' ( you know the scenario from your experience with other poorly designed sites. I phoned them but apparently the line was bad. I phoned again but as soon as I started to calmly explain the problem the call was terminated. This happened a further three times. It was always the same person too so I suspect this is a very small and inexperienced outfit. The photo quality was good however some pictures were over cropped. The price for 6 by 4 photos was good but the time spent just simply trying to upload an order has to be taken into consideration. I would recommend going with a professional company with a properly designed website.

Recently bought canvases through 1clickprint au. One was very blurry and the other canvas was wrapped terribly. Very dissatisfied and have been emailing them and not getting answered.

Worst customer service I have ever come across, not a hint of concern that I was having a problem with their service.
Due to problems with them being unable to access the images I uploaded, I had to upload them 3 times in total (483 images). I had to chase them up to find out where my prints were each time, only to be told that again they had a problem with them. On the final time of uploading I was told they were with "pre press" where they were for 5 days despite me asking them to put some priority on my order.
In all it took from the 26th June until the 21st July before I received my order.
The print quality is mediocre to say the least, & after I "centred" each photo I got back 15 with peoples heads cut off or limbs missing. I also ordered six 7x5 prints & received 2!
If you are thinking of getting prints by these people then can I say that there are other printing services around, and I advise you to use them!

I ordered prints from these cowboys, and the quality and coloring is absolutely rubbish. I wouldn't recommend using their service, as you cant use the prints as memories

I ordered my canvas print on 7/13/18. I barely received it a few days ago. The box and the print were damaged on one side. The picture itself looked exactly like the original picture, but it was so damaged, i cant use it. I am still waiting on a response from the company.

I should Samantha emails with the responses and the tone in the emails are not nice so if anywhere here they tell you that your satisfaction is guaranteed thats a lie I asked them for a refund repeatedly and they chose to not do that they were going to send out another campus just waiting till that comes so I can open it up probably not like it for the same reason and send it back as of yet they have not resolved the issue they responded to an email and that was over 20 some hours ago so we will take this as far as it goes remember this, Word-of-mouth is everything in your business and your customer service skills suck

I ordered a canvas for my partner as generally the reviews I read were good. It arrived and I am sorry to say my experience wasn't great. The canvas is extremely blurred and hard to make out. It is not what I had previewed before I finalised my order.

Ordered a canvas of my daughter and dad which the photo was a professional one with very high resolution this site states high quality canvass it's a lie the quality is terrible it looks all faded the faces you can see the pattern of the canvas what a waste of money will never use these again

I ordered 2 canvas prints from this company. After 2 weeks nothing had arrived so I e-mailed them and didn't even receive a reply. Luckily I had paid with Paypal, so I opened up a dispute against them.
A few days later the prints arrived. What a let down! The quality was absolutely awful!
Yes - they are cheap - but they are also rubbish! Pay a bit more and get them done elsewhere. I will have to get mine done again somewhere else because these are just terrible!

Very disappointed!

I ordered about 12 prints on September 6,2017. It is now November 6,2017 and I have not received anything. I went back in records to be sure I was charged for the order, which came to $157 and change. As expected, the money had been taken out of account. Where are my canvases?

Thank you for your order, we can now confirm the order been processed and Shipped via standard Mail on Wednesday 22nd of November 2017
You can expect to receive your order after 7-10 working days from when the order has left us.It looks like your order has been lost in the post.If you could please check with your local Mail depot to see if they have anything under your name/address. If not, please let us know and we'll issue a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost.
Alternatively, we would be more than happy to issue a full refund for your order.

I ordered my items on 20/08/16 we are now 10/09/2016 and I am still waiting.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering as I wouldn't of placed an order with them had I known the delivery service would be so shocking. Why state dates if you cannot stick to them.
I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future.

Cheap prices come with terrible service and delivery. Wish I had paid more at boots atleast I would of had them within an hour.

I will be requesting a full refund when they are open!
