From quote request to delivery of my motorcycle, AA Motorcycle Shipping proved to be a great shipper service. I was quoted about $175 less than other top rated motorcycle shipping companies which offered the same service. They estimated a pick up date 3 days after I placed my order and picked up exactly on the 3rd day. I really like that they offer tracking and you can check in to see where your bike is at as it moves towards its destination. Transport from North Carolina to California was 1 day earlier than quoted but since I opted for Door to Terminal service, my motorcycle was not unloaded off of the trailer until 1 day after their delivery date estimation which was not a problem for me. The staff at the terminal were very helpful and friendly when I called them to check status for pick up. Once I arrived at the terminal, they informed me which dock to check in at and wait for them to bring out my motorcycle. I was very pleased to see how it was tied down to a specialized pallet for motorcycle transport. Absolutely no damage or scratches on the bike. Overall this company is great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

So good so far, my Dad lives in an upscale RV resort and providing everything goes well, he will be referring to all his friends...

Very professional company and easy to deal with. Simply go to their website to get a quote by inputting type of vehicle, to and from zip codes. You get the quote right away and could easily add additional insurance coverage to the $5000 that is already included.

Highly recommend their services. They come to your doors to pick up and deliver on time to customers doors. Very pleased with the overall transaction. Will be doing business again.

The motorcycle was put onto a dedicated crate for shipment and it arrived within a few days. The price was good considering that many others would have charged ~$200 more. I wrapped the motorcycle in plastic foil (the type that is slightly sticky but comes off relatively easily) to protect the paint in case something rubs agains it during transport. This probably was not needed but it can't hurt. Overall, very good experience with shipper.

Everything has been pretty straightforward. The quote was delivered quickly and included a link to continue my order which worked well. The order form was also very simple (though maybe a little too much).

My current shipping needs are possibly on the more complex side because I won't be at either the pick up or drop off location, so at this point I'm just hoping it goes smoothly. Since it was more complex, I left a lot of comments, but the confirmation page didn't preserve my formatting. Also, the comment box was pretty small and not resizable, so it was a little tough.

Any one who is reading this review can feel at peace if they use AA Moto. My friend had used them long ago about 3 years ago. Thankfully they are still around. They did a spectacular job picking up my bike in Alberta and bringing to California. Alberta is no fun riding in the cold. The price was about the same as all the other companies I check, but you can't go wrong with the service.

So far so good. Would like to give another review once the motorcycle is delivered.

Update: motorcycle was delivered on time and in pristine condition. This business is first rate!

There is no enough space for me to sum up how positive this experience was! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! There price was honestly almost 1/2 the price of others out there so I expected big delays, problems anything but my son insisted we used them he was recommended them by a dealership he was at. I was seriously in shock at the great level of communication, service, speed of delivery and the low price! A+++++ Use them you will not be sorry!

Everything was great. One thing I do recommend is that if you were to use this transporting company; give them at least two weeks so everything can be picked up on the exact dates you need. I booked only five days ahead so i had a one day A one day delay for pick up and drop off. expected delivery but other than that everything was fine, the bike came here safe and sound.

Very easy to navigate website and place order. Price is much lower than USHIP. Can't comment on actual service yet as that hasn't been arranged.

Web site was easy to navigate, Shipping service delivered my motorcycle before the estimated due date with no damage. Customer service was contacted twice, and both times my questions were answered promptly. I would definitely consider using 1aamotorcycles.com again in the future.

Shippers were great and easy to work with on pick up and drop off of my bike. Truly door-to-door service.
Time ran a little long but was middle of winter so wasn't a big concern.

This is my third or fourth bike shipped with you folks. You have always done a great job for me. Thank you.

Overall great service. The shipper did tie straps across my front mudguard, which rubbed through my clearcoat paint. That had to be repaired. So make sure when they come to pickup and crate your bike, they don't put straps across painted surfaces.

Wonderful service. Bike arrived on time, no surprises and in perfect condition. Whenever I needed assistance the folks responded immediately. I would recommend these folks to anyone who needs their motorcycle shipped.

Prices were a lot less than other companies.
