With no confirmation of date for pick up, this site leaves me concerned as to whether or not the date can be met. How do I know when a truck will arrive? And delivery made? This part is a bit lacking.

Also, my bike has an alarm system that requires the key fob be with the bike during transport. Otherwise, the alarm will keep triggering while the truck is moving. This will run the battery down and most likely irritate the driver.

Discounted price was $830 +$50 extra for actual value, would expect $880 cost.. is the rest tax? Good to add on screen..

Bike was delivered in a box truck and it was laying on its side against some boxes when they opened the truck. No damage, thank goodness the truck was filled to the brim with boxes for another delivery

Note: I wasn't happy at all with tge upgrade features and the fact it sat in Anaheim for a week. Only for tge order to be dropped after a few calls to find out my it wasn't already delivered.

Please be careful with my bike . This was actually pretty easy to do thank god because I'm not very good on a computer or phone

Delivery was made on date that was estimated and the delivery driver called ahead of time to notify me he was on the way to my house.

Order was quick and easy. I was able to call with questions, and those were answered quickly as well.

Why are you asking for a rating before the cargo is delivered. I can't accurately gauge a proper rating.

The website could describe the pickup date a little better so consumers could understand better. However, the people on the phone were very helpful.

I would have liked to use Discover to pay with, but I happen to have AMEX also. Everything else was good.

A little slow and the tracking tool was broken for a week, but the service was as advertised and the bike arrived unharmed.

Cost is great but I am concerned that my bike will not get here in time and that it will have scratch's and scrapes and it will not be covered?

All good so far. Someone also answers phone quickley when making an inquirey which is good. Still no link to transport company to cordinate pickup.

Was hoping to get a partial refund whereas I dropped off the bike at the terminal instead of having the driver pick it up.

I was not pleased that it took almost THREE WEEKS to just pick up my bike... I talked to three people that were not very nice. Finally I got Debbie and couldn't have been happier, she took care of my issues of picking up my bike, kept in touch with me throughout the entire process until delivery.... Debbie is the only reason your company is getting a decent review. Personally, the other people that I talked to should be fired.. I do not like be hung up on and lied to. Hire more people like Debbie and you'll be #1 in customer service.

Besides being a little dusty my bike showed up in a reasonable time frame. The guys on both ends were supper nice and provided good coustomer service. Overall great service.

Everything was good until I received my motorcycle. It appears my cell phone holder that was attached to the handle bar is missing. It is not an expensive equipment, but it shows that trusting the company was a mistake. I am going to be more careful and remove anything that can be stolen from my bike. Other than that, excellent customer service and pricing. Everyone on the phone was very helpful and patient.
