“Stay away!”

I searched the best price and found it here. I decided to add 6 other items to my order. A couple days later items started showing up. The 5 add on items all arrived but the big ticket item never did. First I tried to call. 1800carparts right? WRONG! I did get an answer from the company that owned that phone number and they aren't happy. I found the correct phone number and the website said call 9-5 Pacific time. I called and recording said eastern time. Another day goes by. Call next morning and get switched to customer service, another recording suggesting I try contacting via email. I leave message no reply. Try to log onto website only to be denied access to my account info. (They deleted my account and password) Sent an email 5 days in a row and finally got a response. "What part are you missing they said?" I promptly answer. While waiting a response I look on their website and the price for my item has more than doubled! Finally I get an email response stating the part was out of stock and I was issued a credit. Funny thing is they still offer it in stock for the new higher price and also offer it on Amazon.com for a completely different price but they can't sell it to me for the advertised price. I also have not received the credit they say they posted to my account. It took them 14 days to tell me I was screwed. Beware, stay away!
