Assigned Lawyer Lopez turned down my case when i had more than enough evidence and witnesses to get a case and win. Last chance before my time ran out when granted the right to sue by the EEOC. My work record and reputation was defamed with fabricated words. Lawyer said "its ok" for them to that without explanation on the books. Unprofessional by not respectfully saying she was unable to take my case. The fact that Im not a minority and my employer supervisor's (that committed this false slandering) are actual minorities is also why they turn me down!
