The Security Camera System exceeded expectations! Easy setup, remote monitoring was so cool, and exceptional night vision. We saw deer in the yard too! Great shop.
Thought that there would be free shipping on an item this expensive. I was also hoping that they would be able to offer some type of limited tech support. I was connected to another extension, no one picked up, voice mail said that it was Activision, which was confusing. I left two messages, never received any type of follow up. I also called the manufacturer (Everfocus), was on hold for over 30 minutes, no one ever answered.
Being Home Automation Integrators, we need companies we can rely on in getting products fast and we can assure our clients will be please EVERTINE…Thanks 123 Security, you guys are the best.

Great and large selection of products
Easy to use but shipping is too high for a pc like this

Good. Things could just be a bit faster in delivery spec. But the products were first rate.
Had the ICC products I wanted.
Lots of issue seeing items in cart. Cart icon disappering and cart showing blank when items in cart.
One of that places that had all the items. Been here before.
The product I received was in a crumbled old dirty, smashed box. I'm installing next week, I hopeful it works.

Well listed web-site. But the security DVR that I bought with cameras stopped working. Althought their web helpers were on-point, their web-site is confusing as to how to get a repair done and the way the product is sent in. Had to do several e-mails to them to get a clearer understanding. Then, their automated systems kept sending me e-mails that if I didn't get the requirements met in 3 days, my repair would be stopped and I may have to pay a fee to get the repairs. The service personnel told to ignore those automated e-mails, that I had done everything properly. My DVR was returned, repaired, but the experience with the automated e-mails upset me.
