The Security Camera System exceeded expectations! Easy setup, remote monitoring was so cool, and exceptional night vision. We saw deer in the yard too! Great shop.
Thought that there would be free shipping on an item this expensive. I was also hoping that they would be able to offer some type of limited tech support. I was connected to another extension, no one picked up, voice mail said that it was Activision, which was confusing. I left two messages, never received any type of follow up. I also called the manufacturer (Everfocus), was on hold for over 30 minutes, no one ever answered.

Gave email and phone information for the $10 off, it did not show up at checkout. Also item page shows a price of 51.99 and in cart was 59.99 for Visonic MCT-302 Wireless Magnetic Contact Transmitter with 1 INPUT, UL

Thought they had a better price, until going to the cart, where I found the price changed.
Unable to reach telephone sales initially
Shipping costs when I tried to place order electronically were prohibitive for small purchase. Once I received offer for free shipping purchase was much more practical. Eventually was able to update my system to include this as a replacement for my older motion sensor which had malfunctioned.
