9 months in Yangon with our 2 circus dogs, we regularly went to Dr. Khyne. She was really nice with our dogs and helpful for the travelling papers. Thank you very much!!!

I am a regular at Pyay Vet Clinic since I started to adopt my toy poodle, Snoopy at the age of 2 months old. Snoopy was quite weak as a pup, he suffered from Bloody diarrhea not long after he was brought. It was my very first time taking care of a puppy and I was helpless at that time. But fortunately thanks to Dr. Aye, Snoopy recovered from the illness after a few days of treatment. In addition to that, I was also educated on how to properly take care of a pup, which I could not appreciate Dr. Aye enough for doing so. One thing I can guarantee is that she is really caring towards her patients. I am very satisfied with her professionalism, information sharing and friendliness towards myself and her treatments given to my dog. Now my Snoopy has grown to be a healthy and happy dog under her extensive care and check ups. (2 Years old now!). Because of her dedication and care given through her service, I could not stay but recommend Pyay Clinic to everyone. She is usually busy with the surgeries at her clinic so I suggest to call her ahead for the appointment.

The very first encounter was in 1987 with “Toe Pwar” our Frisian cow who had retained placenta and Dr. Aye saved her life against many odds. When we had our sister’s Shan dog, “Shar Nyo”, she came over daily for house visits and saved him. When we brought back our beloved pointer “LP” Dr. Aye regularly looked after him. LP passed away from old age and dehydration on 30th April 2010. At that time, Dr. Aye was unfortunately not in town.

In 2012, we had one golden retriever, which gave birth to 8. Dr. Aye had looked after all of them, helped find homes. She again proved her worth when the pups reached 9 months and all 3 got infections and had bloody diarrhea. Out of the 3, Maxi, the biggest one, got it so bad that as a doctor, I too realized that we may loose him. He was having blood and mucus stool, very anemic, couldn’t even stand up and I was already giving up hope. But not Dr. Aye. She came twice a day, gave infusions approximately 4 units a day, injections and pulled him through. Maxi is a handsome big guy now.

Dr. Aye has been looking after Rosie for skin infection, with patience and she is now in recovery phase. Throughout my long association with Dr. Aye, I have never had an occasion when I had been disappointed or upset.

So far, so good! We came to Pyay to see if there were any cats that were available for adoption. She called a friend, and a few minutes later we got our adorable kitten, Zeya. She also has a lot of basics (food, litter boxes, carriers, toys, etc.). We’ve had a couple of successful vaccination visits, with another coming later this month. Also, her English is wonderful. Would recommend.

Just had a really good experience there for my pets so thought I would share the Pyay Veterinary Clinic website for those interested in an excellent Vet and conveniently located off Pyay Road, right next to Novotel.

Dr. Aye Aye Khyne is a really lovely lady and only uses the best imported vaccinations and medicines. Call to make an appointment as there was a queue outside waiting for her! On another note please do try and adopt instead of buying from breeders of horrific puppy/kitten mills and have your cat or dog neutered. There are enough homeless animals in Yangon already and the streets do not need any more of our abandoned furry friends!

A great veterinary clinic! I go there every time I have problems with my pets and the doctor treats the animals right and gives good medications. Don’t see these type of Vets in Yangon. A little expensive but you get most of the things with good quality! So, I would like to recommend to this clinic if your pet has a problem.
