We offer free estimates to repair the damage to your vehicle no matter the degree or severity of the damage. Whether the car arrives by tow truck or remains in a drivable condition, we will provide you with a complete estimate detailing the requirements of repair along with an estimate for time of completion. Our estimates are provided at no cost to you, your insurance carrier or a third party at fault for the damage to your car.

- 1.) Your car is the second largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve it's value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.
2.) Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
3.) Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having you car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your car at your collision repair shop and ask that the insurance company inspect the car there.
4.) You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
5.) You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company can recommend a list of shops if you are undecided.
- 6.) Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you're not sure why one estimate is different from another you've received, ask the shop manager to explain it to you.
7.) Choose a shop that has uni-body repair equipment and certified technicians (by I-CAR or ASE, for example)
8.) Ask if the shop will be using genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts.
9.) Ask if the shop offers a repair warranty.
10.) Contact your local Better Business Bureau to inquire whether the repair facility of your choice has a satisfactory record and no customer complaints filed against them.

1.) Get necessary medical care.
2.) Inform your insurance company.
3.) Keep emotions calm and stay put.
4.). Write down the names, addresses & license numbers of everyone involved, including witnesses.
5.) Do not admit fault. Do not discuss the accident with anyone except the police and the insurance companies involved.
6.) Take pictures. If no camera is available, draw out the accident and cross streets.
7.) Call D&D Kustom Collision so we can make arrangments to correct the damage to your vehicle.
