The biggest waste of time!

My current situation is that I pay a significant amount of money, per month for my spectrum bill. I pay for the full package phone, cable, internet. Nothing ever works properly. I called to complain on numerous occasions to figure out the problem. First off there agent's are very rude and impersonal and never have a solution. My on-demeand always goes out half way through the program. My t. V. guide shows up unavailable. Or it reads error something. My internet randomly loses signal and sometimes the house phone does not havea dial tone. I constantly have to reboot my both my box's. Today I had appointment with a tech from spectrum's company and he didn't have a resolution other then us losing our third box, which is still under the contract. After he disconnected the third box, he never took it with him. He said by disconnecting the third box our signal would be stronger. So I did a speed test and it reads at 49 when I pay for hundred speed internet. After all this I'm stuck with one less t. V. in the house, for no reason. They still have the third box as a add on to my account. This company is screwy. I feel like I'm not the only one that has this issue and I feel like people should know, Stephanie
