Jose AV scammed me their Claiming bankruptcyThey dragged me on long enough my bank Won't give me my money back and Jos AV won't refund or give me a TV I have to take them to court and if they are in bankruptcy I'm screwed

Joe be sure to call whatever company issued the credit card right away and tell them what happened so they can open a dispute on the charges to get your money back that way. I'm having to go through the same thing with a PS3 repair that turned out to be a scammer, less money but same principle.
