Share your thoughts with other consumers

I canceled my cable and went to an antenna. Over several months I bought 3 different antennas from Antenna Deals. The first one worked but was too cumbersome tom search for channels. The second one was just for one tv and I found my problem without using it. The third one was the best for my purposes. So I wanted to return 2 of them within their advertised return policy. First I called them twice in over a week to return the 2 antennas. They never returned any communication. As a result I returned the antennas before Thanksgiving. I still have not heard anything from them and it is now the end of January. I have no problem with the products they are selling but their customer service doesn't seem to exist. So beware before you buy from Antenna Deals.
