For the first time I had ordered from Amazon and I received the goods, though delayed by a few days and payment was made on delivery, but next time I decided to purchase an oxymeter from AliExpress and now even after a lapse of over 60 days, I have neither received the goods nor the refund of money paid.
Have you complained to AliExpress? Did they give a tracking number?
AliExpress is NOT a fraud. Think of it as a large tree where people nail FOR SALE signs. Sure, there are some scam artists doing that. Use ALI's dispute resolution process - sometimes it works.
My only issue has been delivery times. Nearly all their stuff come from China and doesn't always cross the ocean swiftly and successfully. I waited nearly 2 months for some $2 items ordered there. I could've order the exact same item from Amazon with better delivery, but the cost there was $20 each. Sellers can charge whatever they want - the holy Invisible Hand of the Market takes care of that, according to the Libertarians.
One of my friends also complaint about ali express that they dont deliver on time and make you think you have been scammed. Also good reviews from some people. Keep trying to contact and confirm if they will refund or make delivery.
I have shopped at Ali Express many times. There prices used to be a lot better not too long ago. It's amazing how much they have raised most of their prices. I did have a couple experiences with not receiving the goods that I purchased. It's coming a long way, Somewhere in Asia, so you have to expect long shipping times, however there were a couple times that my items didn't come at all. I usually chatted with the representative on line chat and always got my problem taken care of. They are very nice and friendly employees working there. I would suggest chatting with them to get it straightened out.
