I ordered dress around 45USD. They acknowledge & confirmed & promise that my item arrive within 3 weeks gone-
Never received my order.
(This is not a big deal as I used to order online often and I expect delay/s)

What bothers me is that, after I paid my order via credit card where I enter all the details requested ( which is normal)My bank found out that my card has continuos transactions in USA like uber in 3 times and charge it in my card.
I was lucky that my bank is very attentive and discover it immediately. My bank replace my card and wave all the rest of the transactions made.

I emailed them after 1 month and said that my order is not available - so I decided to get a refund.
No refund untitl now because the finance is sooooo slow and yet the accwptance of payment and card details is sooooo quick.

Is anyone here actually receive the refund?

Yes, quite a few here have received refunds. Please do contact your bank about cancelling and refunding that transaction.
