Refund expected from Bobs Duscount “Faulty” merchandise!

Bobs charged us $60.00 for a part that should’ve still been under the manufacturers warranty. I purchased the Bobs low Rider” mattress mechanism ( it’s like a Craft Matic bed). Sep. 2017. We moved the bed to another room and it stopped working. They blamed us for moving the bed! They charged us $60.00 and made us wait “1” month for the part with numerous phone calls & talking to stupid people ( like it was their first day on the job) no one knew what & how to care for this problem IMMEDIATELY... there is no such thing as Overnight Express, Fed Ex, etc... My don unfortunately is disabled and I thought this could help his disability being on a Vent/trach to help him sit up in bed. He is also 44 yrs old an Quadriplegic. So I feel they are disrespectful to the disabled, and very Poor Customer service. I will never shop Bobs discount furniture again. And pass the bad word on!
