I had a company say they were giving me a full refund after posting my review on here and then they never gave it to me. I have the messages saying they would give me the refund. Any suggestions?
What's the name of the company? You could put a bad review on YELP! Did u charge the amount on ur credit card? You could dispute the charge with ur bank? You could email Consumers Affairs.com - they're very helpful. You could take them to small claims court - if they're local. I only buy things on-line from big companies, costco, walmart, bestbuy, etc.
