When you are ordering anything online you should always use an American Express card because they will always stand behind you. All you have to do is put in a dispute form and then they follow through with the vendor. American Express keeps you informed about the goings on.
What about bank of America or capital one?
I believe all credit cards provide buyer protection. It's good to know American Express are doing a good job.
