I bought 3 dresses for $422 for my family picture, one for my wedding and the other one for cocktail hour. The dresses are too tights and the zipper not going up. They don't want me to return them they said that I have to pay a tailor to fix them form me. Those companies need to stop taking money from hard working families. I Worked hard for my money. And now I have no dress for my wedding. I will never buy from anything online anymore.
That's really bad. Did you pay via PayPal or a credit card? You should definitely request a refund. Don't bother with the company, file a claim with your bank or PayPal. Mention that the items are defective and not as described.
