Has been charged for this downloads, however download didn't work, requested refund of monies paid, to this date which it has been over a month, my money is still not back in my account. Calls made to resolve this matter is more than money paid, being the company has a Canada phone number (514) 733-2725 and I don't have any way to get this matter resolved, I am constantly spending money for something I don't have. Can anyone help me
Can you contact your credit card company and dispute the charge? Sounds as if it is one of those file download scams...
