I wrote a scathing review of BerryLook@s failure to enable use of offered it’s offered credit due to whacked out sizes of online purchased clothes.
After numerous emails between BerryLook and myself, BerryLook finally, eventually, credited the $15 credit to my Account - but it took 6-7 really annoyed emails to them for me to get appropriate action, and the refund of $15.
BerryLook now requires that I remove my initial review from Sitejabber.
I have tried to comply with the company’s instruction, but it seems I cannot delete that review posted 2 weeks ago.
Now what do I do? Any suggestions?
