Amazon audible

After I contacted audible in March 2019 to stop taking subscriptions out of my bank account and then getting a refund from them is an act of futility. I received a message from the seller telling me that they’ve canceled my subscriptions!
They are still taking subscriptions from my bank account. Please someone tell me how to stop them from doing this?
