Share your thoughts with other consumers

I looked for truck/car seat covers and found amazing examples for both, but dubious descriptions and ability to choose the correct cover for any one vehicle. The complaints vary but are sufficient to be skeptical of doing business with this company. Based on the number of negative commentary, why has the US International Trade Department or like agency not shut them down from doing business in the States? Who protects the consumer?
