Zappos, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, and

Zappos, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, and have the best customer of service of any companies I've ever dealt with, including the two that are online shopping only.

Williams and Sonoma and Sur La Table are iffy sometimes.

The worst experiences I had were with Lamps (took months to receive my lights and the company never contacted me) and Bed Bath and Beyond internet purchase.
