Zappos, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, and

Zappos, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, and have the best customer service of any companies I've ever dealt with, including the two that are online shopping only.

Williams and Sonoma and Sur La Table are iffy sometimes.

The worst experiences I had were with Lamps (took months to receive my lights and the company never contacted me) and Bed Bath and Beyond internet purchase.

As a former Zappos  employee, I'll let you in on a secret. The CEO is a jerk.  If you don't want to party all the r times and I'd you are not one of the beautiful people, he wants  nothing to do with you and will go out of his way too make you feel like an outsider.  Not a great w way to treat Loyalty.
