Worst customer experience at

order number

This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Clothes dont fit, so i go back to website and there is little to no info for returning items.

Instead, you are directed to create a customer service ticket and basically it is an automated service that repeats what you said in body of ticket and resubmit addtl info about order which was already provided in original request.

Finally, I receive an email to consider donating the clothes and accept a partial store credit with a discount code. Seriously?

Will never purchase another item from Dresslilly com again. 

Expect to receive negative reviews on all social media.
