Worse shopping experience

I ordered online and the company stole 80.00 from me. Quirky store ripped me off. They took my money and never sent my package. I have ho way of getting my money.

First off contact your bank and file a claim. I deal with Wells Fargo and they are GREAT with issues. I am having the same issue with Hewlett Packard over ink canceled and no refund issued. I ALSO wrote to the President & CEO of HP... and awaiting a response. I strongly suggest to always write the TOP person... they ALWAYS have their people respond... don't hesitate in writing. But first contact your bank and file a claim. Good Luck Michael.
