Buyer beware. If you purchase anything from WorldSIM, you can count on being out your money if the product does not work. They will use every tactic possible to avoid a refund, basically not honoring their warranty. Look at all of the negative reviews as compared to the positive reviews. Believe the reviews - don't believe any response from the company. They want to make it look like they are being responsive, but they are just spinning your wheels and have no intention of providing a refund if they don't want to.
