I ordered a patchwork chair from them made in China, £35 more expensive than another identical advertised. I chose Vidaxl because they offered free returns.
Just as well because it arrived badly packed in a flimsy card box. When opened the material had ripped so I immediately contacted them but website was down all day.
I emailed them privately 3 times but no response. Eventually I received a reply days later asking for photos and requesting me not to contact them multiple times!
I sent photos today 321/5/18, will see how long they take to refund.
Please file a complaint with your credit card company or PayPal ASAP! Provide all relevant info, screenshots, photos, etc.

I received 6 chairs first yesterday. They delivery was fast very excellent. But, all of these products have Bad quality. A few chairs have broken part please see attached. And also, I didn't get any screws for these chairs installation maybe will come with table and chairs cushions; and I will not open this box just keep them an original box to return them. All information not like your description online; I am so disappointed and not happy. When the table and cushions coming we will not open this box. That is not furniture just kind of trash.
I sent 4 emails and 2 messages to them. No one replay to me. Phone number no one picks it up. I am gonna dispute this charge.
