My Worst Experience Online Shopping

... is with Snapmade! They never shipped out my order and they cancelled it without my prior knowledge. I saw so many bad online reviews but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt after seeing Youtube reviews which painted this “company” in a more positive light. I should’ve listened to my gut. Now I have a PayPal case open because the Customer Service at Snapmade is horrendous
