My money is gone

I purchased a NetSpend card for my son for his birthday. We are not able to use this card because they keep saying it's not active or that my pin number is wrong. I activated my card with a live person and I only wish that I had written down all of the information that I received from this woman who told me my card is now active. It's been a month now and we still have not been able to use this card or to get in touch with a live representative. I sent a text message saying Help and I received a response giving me an email address. I don't want to text I don't want to email I want to speak to a live human being. So basically I haven't heard back from them after I sent the email so I guess I have to just accept that they screwed me out of my money. I would not recommend to anyone, to buy this debit card. I have read hundreds of reviews, and 85% of them we're bad reviews.
