Share your thoughts with other consumers

This company no longer has a customer service telephone number. Simple issues turn into nightmares when dealing with online chat and email messages when each one is signed with the name of a different person and none of them have anything to say that actually addresses the situation. I was a loyal customer of this company for many years, and raved about the customer support. They were quick to help and there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. Now, I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole. Can’t warn strongly enough to stay away from these people.
