Horrible! Part 2 (StyleWe)

I wrote another thread (Horrible!) about my May 21,2018 order experience, which was, well, horrible. This is about the May 23,2018 order (#1531488) that I placed. This was my second order, placed a few days after my first, and before I know the terrible experiences so many consumers have had with them.

As with my May 21st order, My May 23rd order has still not completely arrived. Although I was charged for the entire purchases on May 23rd, three (3) of the pieces have still not arrived. I have written StyleWe many time about the order (on this site, in conjunction with my May 21st order); have chatted with StyleWe's live chat; and have left chat messages since their live chat is now defunct. Still, no response about my remaining three items, the site still indicates the items are 'processing'. Really, they have been process for two months as of today.

In my opinion, shopping with this site only leads to broken promises and frustration. A waste of time and money.

Thanks for sharing your experience. That really does sound horrible :( I hope you get the remaining items soon!

After I contacted PayPal and my credit card company, StyleWe finally confessed that they did not have the three items in stock (the three items still not sent from my second order that I placed May 23rd). They said this on July 26th, even though they had said many times since late May that the items would be sent in a "few days". They cancelled the order (that I have been waiting on for OVER TWO MONTHS now) and they say they will process a partial refund. I hope they do, but I am confident PayPay and/or my credit card company will make this right even if StyleWe does not. What a colossal waste of time and money. I will never shop with StyleWe again.
