Share your thoughts with other consumers

I had a great experience with newegg. I ordered a barebones system from them. On assembling it, I think some wire touched the motherboard and it blew. I can't remember how this happened exactly, but I knew it was my fault. I contacted newegg support by email and honestly explained what happened. They just sent a brand new motherboard free of charge.it was really nice of them to do this, considering that I had screwed up!

My worst experience? None come to mind thankfully!
