Edreams worst customer service performer,

Their online reputation speak for itself. Their conditions of service and reality is worlds apart. Hidden costs, call center agents unable to converse in English, limited knowledge of the product they sell. We paid for additional service options, we paid for pre seat bookings, we had to buy 2 brand new tickets from istanbul to athens and 2 extra tickets after they left us stranded in Athens after we booked in online and reserved seats. The whole trip cost resulted in additional loans I had to make to get us back in SA. They refused to assist when we were stranded in Athens after we had no seats booked when we wanted to check in. No response received.
