LAZADA DON'T refund and full of fraudulent sellers! Don't buy!

Did you have a problem purchasing from them?
Yes, the seller sent a wrong item, the site said the refund processing takes about 3-5 days but almost a month still no refund and they haven't processed anything, asking me incompetent questions but just wasted my time, didn't process refund. I don't know it might take Lazada a year to refund or more. Waste of time, waste of money, inefficient bad service. DON'T BUY! Sellers and LAZADA both scammers!
