Share your thoughts with other consumers

We booked our trip to Italy with JustFly. We thought they had the best deal for roundtrip until we got our credit card statement! We agreed with the ticket/fees charges, but they charged us an additional $179.90 to book our seats (about $44.50 X 2 X each way). We decided it was worth it for such a long trip and we wanted to sit together and my husband wanted an aisle seat to have easy access to the restroom. They sent us our itinerary with our "selected seats" and made no mention of it was just a suggestion to the airlines - the airlines denied having received any money or seat assignment from JustFly. We'd been had! We didn't get our "selected seats", in fact, we got horrible seats! We've been doing battle with them ever since to try to get our refund. They are trying to tell us that we only paid $8/per seat... who would argue over $8/seat for a trip to Italy? They said it was "other fees" which we were never told about and they refused to reimburse us for any more than $8/seat! Not only have they been awful to work with, they hung up on us when we tried to work it out with them. BUYER BEWARE! We wish we had read other reviews before booking with them! Please heed our warning... they are not an honest company to work with. Book your trip someplace else! We have reported them to the BBB, The Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Protection Agency and will continue to post anywhere and everywhere we can to help other consumers avoid the mistake we made by doing business with them. Would be interested in anyone else's experience and if fighting back as a consumer helped you in any way. It disgusts us that they will probably continue to deceive unsuspecting consumers that think they are doing business with them in food faith!
