I've heard that sticking to a routine can really help with breakouts. Any tips?
I use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil or Aveeno's Ultra Calming Cleanser in the morning and I usually use Aveeno's Positively Radiant moisturizer before putting on my makeup. At night, I bust out the heavy hitters and use a cleanser, toner and spot treatment from Murad. The secret is to really keep up with whatever regimen you choose. Always, always wash your face in the morning!
My skincare routine usually consists of several stages: 1) Warming up my face skin ( I'm doing it with a very warm wet towel, applying it to my face for 5-7 minutes)
2) Peeling or scrubbing
3) applying a facial mask (with vitamins or collagen)
4) washing off the mask remains
5) using facial cream (usually day-care or night-care Nivea cream)
6) I also wonder if you smoke, because it affects the skin condition. I've recently switched from cigarettes to vape and my skin got a lot better. I order from this site https://vapingdaily.com/ (if anybody needs)
In general, I love skin routines a lot.
I use a gentle cleanser in the morning and I usually use moisturizer before putting on my makeup. Most important advice - Always, always wash your face in the morning!
