Hi, I am living in a rental house in Dietlikon, Zurich. I am stuck in the middle of the Landlord and the Alarm company EKB. There was a random sirens at the Alarm system although we did not turn on the alarm system. We invited the EKB Alarm company as my Landlord recommended to use EKB Alarm service. EKB alarm system changed the Mainboard of the Alarm device as there was a malfunction. During this period EKB offered to convert the Analog system to Digital system to be able to have service and warnings through my mobile phone. I agreed they fixed the alarm device. I asked my Landlord to pay the invoice. The Landlord rejected to pay. He did not agree to convert the analog system to digital system. I said ok, i paid the the analog-digital system change charge. I asked the landlord at least pay the mainboard charge as it was belong to the alarm device. He rejected to pay again. I asked EKB company to give me back the mainboard at least I was going to show to the landlord or insurance company if i could get back my money. What should I do?
