Zulily clearly states how long it takes to ship out the merchandise but it's being shipped from al over the world so it does take a long time to arrive. If you're interested in what they offer at the excellent prices they offer it for then its completely worth the wait in my opinion. What's the big deal? People are in such a hurry for everything! This is not how Zulily works and if you read their website they explain exactly why.

Are all items authentic or replica?

Answer:

I have been happy with most things I have ordered. Items have had hems etc. I haven't ordered any designer brands so I don't know if they are authentic. I suggest reading the description carefully.

Im wondering if you have ever read the policies of the site? "This item is not return eligible", what does that mean? It means no returns, "This item is return eligible (see details)" this means that it is return eligible and the see details means that there are retrictions, you better click the link to read them. Its not rocket science. When you place an order with zulily, they get that item from the mfg, that process takes 12-16 days, then another 2-6 business days to get to the customer... again, not rocket science. Policies are clear, but frankly 99% of the complaints here are invalid because you dont read! They have their good points and bad but if you read the policies they are spot on.

Answer:

I've always had good experiences with zulily. I've had my money refunded on 3 separate occasions because the item I received was broken or seem to be flawed. No hassle at all.

GO TO MY ORDERS, THE ITEMS WILL BE LISTED, THEN CLICK ON THE RETURN BAR. If you have any questions, contact customer service or call them. PS. WHEN. YOU ORDER IT LIST WHETHER THE ITEM IS RETURNABLE.

I have received 2girls dresses for my granddaughters. it is impossible to get these dresses on their bodies. i didn't get a receipt as the package came direct from china. my first order and not happy.

Pretty much every event has a size guide for that particular brand... I would encourage you to use it...

I would like to get my credit card info how do i access that

Answer:

The only time I can see my credit card info is when placing an order. I can select which card I want to use. Otherwise, you have to call them. I agree. I don't like that. I wanted to change my default card but I was told I had to call them to do that. It makes no sense. Companies like Amazon allow you to control your cards, so it has nothing to do with security. I love Zulily, buy that's definitely a one of their negatives.
