Want to know how to return merchandise and get refund. Bad quality and sizes not true. I also have a pending order that I now want to cancel. How?

Can Canadians return items back to Zulily?
What happens if something ordered is not correct on the website, it says leather shoes and fabric shoes are delivered instead.
If you order your normal size and it is to small and it says no returns can you not exchange it for a larger size
