Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Would you please provide your order number so that we can help you? Normally we send order confirmation and shpping notices to the email left when you placed the order. You can double check your inbox, spam emails and etc.

And by the way, here's our normal delivery timeframe:

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Order Processing: 3-5 Business Days.
Postal Service: 10-15 Business Days.
