Was excited to find these shoes, I have knee issues and am on my feet all day for my work shift, basically standing in one place the whole shift. Just got my shoes and they fit fine, will know more when I wear them to work, on putting them on, They run just a smidgen small, but I think will be ok. The most painful part of the whole experience was the shipping and never having any good updates on the tracking. Other than that, so far so good.

Some of the screens didn't show PayPal as a method for payment. It took me a while to checkout.

I followed suggestion of ordering up, but shoes were still too small. An email to customer service got me a replacement pair for the cost of overseas shipping only. We'll see when they get here...
As a follow up, I received the shoes and have since donated them. The pain after wearing them for one night at my part-time job was so bad, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get to my car. Was almost in tears. Save your $ and buy American products.

The shoes are great, with high heels, but comfortable. The shop sent pictures and a film with instructions how to measure a foot in a proper way. Although the Shoebacca phone representative, "Moses" was not able to locate a tennis shoe for me,
I located a leather pair of Puma tennis shoes on Puma's website. The size was available and the price was lower than all competitor shoes, including my local, in-person stores.
