Did you go through the validation process to exchange information about each other in order to know where she lives, real email address and phone number. If she provided that on their app for you and you didn't get it written down before they took it off, you are out of luck my friend. Ask customer service about their validation process. But, be careful as they want information from you bank and a letter from your bank showing what you have in your checking account.
