I purchased restaurant.com through groupon and you but did not receive my purchase credits or card. How do i resolve this.

Yipit advertising 20% off using code. I put in fot2 Sesame Street tickets@ $22 each. The discount quoted was $4 & change. This is 10% not 20%. Please clarify!
