My girlfriend ordered a wedding dress... very expensive one... but then within 10 minutes changed her mind... and on the website it say's that anyone can get a refund or cancel an order within 12 hours of ordering. She email them straight away, the site says that she will get a response within 24 hrs... We waited a week and no emails or phone calls... the money was taken out of her account... so she told me, I went on the website, there are no phone numbers, no addresses and an email that you get no responses to... so we waited and there was also no delivery of the dress either! I became suspicious, and once I started reading it online, hundreds of people have had the same problem. I called her Bank and explained, they apologised and looked into it with an investigation and confirmed that it is FAKE AND A SCAM company and website. Thankfully, the bank will be giving the money back to her... I know how hard it is for people to find wedding/party dresses but please please stay away from this website!

Absolutely awful company. Stay away. You will not be able to cancel or change your order one placed (I sent 10 emails and did not get a response). The website leads you to believe it is UK based, but it is actually based in China. It is not subject to UK trading laws e.g. 14 day cooling off period. They take payment immediately making it impossible to get a refund. I spent 3 months trying to get a refund. I sought advice from Trading Standards and then had to argue my case with my credit card company. You will also be faced with a bill for import tax which they don't tell you about on the website.
Need to return, no response from customer service. Stay away from this website. Not genuine. Rubbish.
Ordered it on the 15th of may and its meant to take 7-9 days to tailor and 3-8 days to deliver. On there website it tells you what process it was at and when 10 days had passed since ordering it I was a bit concerned why it wasn't finished, so I left it and then when it still hadn't changed I e-mailed them on the 30th of May and it says that they reply within 24 hours, received no reply so I sent a message from my account with them to their company 2 days ago, again received no reply. So now I have wasted £140 on a scam and it doesn't look like I am getting my money back, stay way clear!
Nice site, I'm here to buy a dress you want, but also cheaper.
