If you're referring to your membership, you can do it manually by going to www.epoch.com I believe and enter your info to cancel or you can send them an email and request to cancel it... considering they know why you are cancelling it, it should not be a problem.

Is there any chance of getting your money back from them? The trails leads back to Kamparri Trading Ltd, based out of Canada They run heaps of sites and they're scamming people everywhere. All judgments aside for a moment (yes it is stupid to sign up but it doesn't make what they're doing any more justified). What they are doing is unlawful and it's about time people like this get what's coming to them and it's about time all the poor suckers who were unlawfully scammed out of their hard earned money for a false product get freed of this nuisance. What can be done to stop online scams? This is the culprit -

The best way to get even is through credit card companies. If they get enough charge backs the credit card companies will drop them and they wont have a way to rip you off

Hey, my girlfriend said they did give us a refund. I had emailed them demanding a full refund, told them to save the BS policies and what not, and then gave them some examples of our evidence against them. The final straw was when we re did our profile and mentioned looking for REAL people, and they rejected it. But all might be well now, I just don't understand how this site is allowed to operate. It really is making us think twice about any of those sites. Is there an unbiased way to find out about other sites?

If you look at AFF there are about 300,000 men looking for women and 30,000 women looking for men in georgia. So, since Andrea was actually meeting people I would say that for women they will probably run into real guys, which the site has no REASON to have imposters. Then, for men I would have to say that 90% of the women that contact you are imposters. Anyways, that's my 2 cents.

Hey guys, made a post couple of weeks ago threatening to take them to trading standards etc... i have recieved a refund! Do the same and sure if you word it strongly enough then you will get the same.
100% guilty of fraud judging by their reaction, especially when my initial e mails were ignored. I took me to get heavy to get any kind of resolution!
Good luck!
