My experience with Xtralights is good, as I obtained my purchase appropriate and securely. The appearance was so fine. Before, I experienced a trouble on purchasing lights online from some other owner. They reached me in bad condition. Now, I requested front lights for my Chevrolet from Xtralights and obtained the distribution as per their conditions. I obtained a call from their customer service center even after receiving the order, whether it was in fine shape or not.

I paid $120 for garbage headlights that came missing parts. After numerous calls and emails I was told they would not fix my headlights or reimburse me. This is a sham company that sells garbage. They are the type of company that makes you dread buying online. STAY AWAY! Do not waste your money. Find a more reputable company. I would have rated a negative number (1) is lowest on this board.

"Received the order no problem but the fit and finish of the tail lights were poor. I had to pay for return shipping and after waiting over a month for my refund, they deducted another 20% restocking fee.
I wished I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. My mistake. What I did see is they have in big letters on their homepage "We promise 100% (80%) satisfaction. If you dont absolutely love it, we'll take it back.!"
Stay away from this company."

Stay away is the best advice I can give. Unfortunately this company has no integrity and a lackluster quality inspection team. I was sent defective headlights and after numerous emails and calls Xtralightd refused to replace the defective product and refused to refund my money. They actually said I needed to send them more money to get another light. This was a waste of time and money. STAY AWAY! I would rate lower than 1 if possible.

A few weeks back, headlights of my Ford Fusion were damaged badly. I checked out Xtralights website for the perfect headlight for my car but I was unable to place an order online. Moreover, many of the options which I shortlisted was out of stock. I called up their customer services and told the executive my problem. She took my order and I received the headlights in next 5 days which was quite fast. Their products are good but they should keep the stock updated.

Unethical, if not criminal business practices! Hundreds if not thousands of the same problem - They take your money, but won't respond if a problem. Been trying for months to exchange a damaged item. Promised return authorization months ago. No my calls and chats are terminated before anyone will talk with me.It's a shell game. Anyone know a good attorney? If you have a problem start with Better Business Bureau, then an attorney

Don't believe what their website says, their customer service is awful. I bought a headlight replacement kit for a Honda Pilot but it wasn't wired correctly. I emailed them but go no response for days so I called. Was told a technician would call me back, but that never happened. I returned the lights, but Xtralights tested them and said they worked and that I should "re-pin" the lights because maybe Honda's wiring is reversed. Whatever, I did it and it still didn't work. I've contacted Xtralights twice and am still awaiting a response a week later.

These are scammers and I see my lost $130 bucks as a learn by money. 5

DO not use this company!
I just called because the product I ordered came incomplete. WhenI spoke to the woman she refused to listen and called me stupid, continued on to say my mother was a lying b***ch. They refused to listen or even make any attempt to provide any customer service! I rarely write reviews but this company needs to be put out of business.

If you choose to use be prepared to get screwed!

I always clicked on the Xtralights website whenever I required any kind of vehicle lights. But this time, my experience with Xtralights was not that good. Initially, it was really hard to find the product of my choice; after that, the delivery was 5 days late than the mentioned period. But everything was forgotten on my part when I called up the customer services, the executive was so professional and sympathetic. I received my package and the product suited my car just right.

I wanted halogen LEDs and fog lights for my car- Toyota Camry and I ordered them from Xtralights. After making the payment online I found out that there was some kind of error in the transaction and I was not able to complete it. After three wasted attempts I got my order placed. Fortunately, the lights were delivered after six days but, when I opened the package I found that one of them was broken. I asked for a replacement and was send another pair after a week. Though their service is not up to the mark but, the lights were of good quality and perfectly fit in the car.

A few months back, I required headlights for my Ford Escort as they were giving me some problem. I thought of getting them from Xtralights as I had purchased quite a few stuff from them before which turned out to be perfect. But when I opened my delivery packet this time, I was disappointed. It contained the wrong product. The company had shipped me a different product. I immediately mailed Xtralights and asked them to either exchange it or refund my money. They agreed on exchanging and told me to wait for 2 days. I waited and waited but my headlights were nowhere. I have to call them again. The lady on the call was very polite and apologized for the trouble. She asked me to wait for 24 hours for the headlights. The next afternoon, even before 24 hours, the headlights were at my door, safely packaged. This is what I like about Xtralights. If there are some issues, they resolve them immediately.

I ordered new headlights from xtralighs.com The passenger light fell apart before the 90 day warranty, but I didn't see it until 4 months. They said sorry! No warranty. They were not exactly the same as the originals and where very hard to install because of differences. I won't order from them again. They really don't care about you after the sale.

I ordered headlights from this company on the insistence of my cousin. This was my first time of purchasing car accessories online. I was super impressed with the prices as the discounted rates were unbelievable. The website boasted to deliver the ordered product within 3-4 business days but I had to wait for a full fortnight for my headlights. I repeatedly called customer service but got same reply that they are looking into the matter.

We bought two sounder headlamps, and twice they were shipped to us faulty. Went round and round with the customer service dept for months trying to get a replacement, only after making another 100$ deposit did they actually send out a replacement, now they tell us the only way to get our 100$ refunded is by paying the shipping back on their faulty unit. Will never recommend or use this company again!

I drive a 2015 model of Kia K900 that came with flashy headlights. Unfortunately, everybody thinks that they are too bright. The oncoming drivers on the street see four individual lights instead of one big bulb. So I decided to replace them. I purchased a pair of LED headlights. But, when I tried them on the car they did not fit in. As there was no other size available I ordered for a refund. They took about a month to give my money back.

Ordered 12Dec2014 with an assurance of delivery by 24Dec2104. After many confusing and conflicting emails and phone calls, the tail lights arrived 28Jan2015. This was exact day we received taillights ordered from Amazon 3 days earlier. Complete cluster of unaware customer service. They lied to us about why it was delayed. We even called and asked about the availability of the same product. We were told they were in stock and would be shipped in a week. This was the same day we received an email saying the item was backordered. LIES at every turn. Refused the order and will never order from them again.

Unlike all the other people, I like to live at my ranch and for sturdy jobs I have kept a large pickup truck. But from the very first day, I didnt like the headlights as they didnt match the sporty look of truck. So I decided to go with some fancy LED headlights for the truck and thought of ordering them from Xtralights.com. Initially, I was sceptic about their delivery at my location but when the customer care executive assured me, I placed my order. But to my horror, the same thing happened. Even after ten days, there was no sign of order. I mailed them but got no response. In the end, after continuous calling of around 4-5 times, the package landed up at my steps after a full 20 days.

What a joke! The customer NO service you get from these people is terrible. I simply called in to follow up on two emails that I sent via their email link on the order confirmation to cancel an order that I never got a response from. First, the lady that answered the phone didn't even answer it Xtralights, so I had to ask. Then with attitude she answered like it was a stupid question. Here's a thought, answer your business phone with the company name! Then I proceeded to tell her I was calling to follow up on 2 emails I had sent to cancel an order and her response was, "Well sir, it would help if I had a name or email address to start with" in again, a smart $#*! tone. So I obliged her with an order number I had right in front of me from my email. Then with even more attitude, she tells me she's going to put me on hold until I calm down before she processes my cancellation and refund. If this is any reflection of how the company conducts business with their customers, I sure am glad I canceled my order with them and went with another online vendor. Guess I wasn't as important as their website claims their customers to be. Don't waste your time or money with these people!

Received lights they looked great. One was dead out of box, so I called talked to Alvin. He said they were out of stock. No problem be back in stock 10 days. Promised to ship and never arrived. Called back today and was told be few more weeks. This was a build for a magazine. So now I'm out ton of money my contract and have one headlight. My order was #*******. Welcome these classless liars to dispute this review... Pay more elsewhere you will be lot happier.

When the sidelights of my Ford stopped working, I thought of changing them as they were quite old. One of my cousins suggested Xtralights, so I checked the website and selected a pair of sidelights. I dont know what the technical issue was but I faced a lot of difficulty while placing the order. Finally, I placed the order successfully after 5 attempts. However, the package I received was completely damaged. I called up customer care and the executive helped me out to place the complaint. Finally, received my order after a long span of 20 days.

Purchase set of LED lights on sale. The did not work properly. After several contacts with both importer, Spyder, and Xtralights, requested refund. Would only replace lights if sent them $150.00 "refundable" amount with no hope of them working properly. One CS rep even referred to the lights as cheap rip-offs of Spyder lights!

I have had an order cancelled for over a month now due to a back order and on numerous calls to check on receiving a refund I receive the same excuse. The customer service agent who claims to be the boss Ruby is the nastiest person I have delt with in customer service period. I haven't received a refund from my cancelled purchased and have to look forward to a phone call with the devil once a week. STAY AWAY from this company by all means.

I am a regular customer of Xtralight and have recommended it to many friends of mine. But my recent experience with Xtralight was totally opposite. I had some issues with by bills, so I called up the Customer Services. The lady on the phone was really rude and she practically yelled at me. In the end, I mailed them about my issues and also my latest experience. Next day, I got an apology mail; moreover, my bill issue was also resolved promptly.
