How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Xenon Pro?

It is very difficult to reach XenonPro. Their chat is offline more than it is online and you can't reach a person for anything other than sales. Shop elsewhere.

Chat line is a ruse I believe to discourage you into giving up. It is the only way to reach them. It is working pretty good for them apparently.

Awful customer service! The guy took forever to respond to a question then left the chat without answering or helping in any way...piece of $#*!! Worthless.

Difficult, only through on line live chat. If you call the number they redirect you to a automated service that tells you to go online and hangs up.

Impossible over the phone. You have to contact through a Chat and then they will be little you, cuss at you or hang up on you.

They only answer the phone for new sales. No phone ability for warranty. They are slow to respond and are rude.

All of these answers are 100% correct. I just wanted to chime in to agree. If you have a problem you're better off either throwing the thing away or coming up with some workaround yourself (if possible), just to save yourself the extreme irritation of dealing with this company's condescending, worthless "customer service".
