It's a racket, a lot of the sites they sign you up with only let you update your information if you continue to pay the huge annual extortion fee. There are free sites that do the same thing.
I just got off of the phone with a Yext rep and he gave me a list of ten or so businesses within my surrounding area so maybe you can call in and they will give you a list or name over the phone versus the web.

We have two people working within Yext, and it is sufficiently user friendly. The level of pre-arranged support and tutorials is very high. People can get started with it without one tutorial - just fill in the blanks. Some people don't like working with computers and websites in general. For these people, there are a number of certified Yext partners who can be hired to manage Yext for you.
