How do i cancel; my membership?

Hello Cynthia, Thank you for contacting JustAnswer. We're sorry to hear that you want to turn off your membership feature. In order to cancel your membership, you may do so by logging in to your JustAnswer account. Then, click the Edit link in the Account information panel on the left side of the page. On the Edit Your Membership page, next to Membership Status, you should see ON and OFF buttons for your membership, make sure the OFF button is selected and click Save Settings. Once you have followed the steps above, your membership will be turned off. You will continue to have the benefits of the membership until the end of the billing cycle, at which time your account with switch back to Pay-Per-Question status. If you need any help in doing this, or with any other questions about your account, please reach out to Customer Care at support@justanswer.com or 1-800-509-5721. I gave my bank acc.details in order to try and get an answer to a tax problem. i did not follow through with the request, as it was pointed out to me that i shouldn't have given details to a company i didn't know. what will happen now?

At the beginning of 2012, mansen company acquired equipment costing $190,400. it was estimated that this equipment would have a useful life of 6 years and a residual value of $19,040 at that time. the straight-line method of depreciation was considered the most appropriate to use with this type of equipment. depreciation is to be recorded at the end of each year. during 2014 (the third year of the equipment’s life), the company’s engineers reconsidered their expectations, and estimated that the equipment’s useful life would probably be 7 years (in total) instead of 6 years. the estimated residual value was not changed at that time. however, during 2017 the estimated residual value was reduced to $10,472. indicate how much depreciation expense should be recorded each year for this equipment, by completing the following table. I understand that when i signed up for a question ($5.00) that i will now be charged every month rather i use this site or not. how do i discontinue

I have just paid to get an answer and next page seemed to want me to sign up for some monthly answering which i dont want. went back to page to ask answer and now it wants me to pay au$23.00. not sure what i'm doing or what's going on. please explain

Hi there Geoff, The membership offer does come after the initial question is posted but it is completely optional. If you are not on the membership program, your account with remain as a pay-per-question account and you do need to place a deposit for each question that is posted to the site. I'll send you a private message to see if we can locate your account and see what is happening.
