Great prices! Shipping to USA takes a bit longer (as one should expect :) but you save when you plan ahead. Canceling auto order is my only suggestion for improvement. Customers do not want to call, email or chat online to cancel upcoming auto ship orders. The online chat was easy enough so it won't keep me from auto order again when I need it. Thank you for affordable pet care products!
When I ordered from this company I was never aware my product was coming from Singapore, I found out later from the tracking, well it's now been 32 days and I still have not received my order and I'm starting to think it's a scammer site, they refuse to answer any of my emails and now it shows the tracking has stopped altogether, they guarantee delivery but actually never really follow up on that guarantee.stay far away from this company for your own good

We so appreciate being able to do business with Budget Pet Care! We started with our previous doggy, who crossed the bridge a couple of Easters ago. When we needed to pause her subscription, the CSA was so gentle, and handled it quickly. So far I'm in love with this incredible online business! I have 10 rescue cats, so these prices are indeed very exciting, and after having read dozens of excellent reviews about the low prices and excellent customer service at BudgetPetCare, I decided to give it a try. We use 10 Seresto Cat flea collars every 8 months, and the difference between the current price at our usual supplier and the price we paid at BudgetPetCare was nearly $275! In addition, before BudgetPetCare charged our credit card and shipped the collars, they contacted us to verify the order. The collars were shipped within 48 hours, and arrived in just 10 days. Going forward, I will ALWAYS purchase these collars -- and any other supplies we use for our cattery that they carry -- from BudgetPetCare.

My first time and I was skeptical. A little shocked that the order was filled in England but like so many of our pharmaceuticals, we are privileged to get overcharged by American companies. Order came as ordered and on time. I will be ordering from them again.
I always searched for supplements on this online store but then I got to know that they don't have the range. However, just before a few days I came across a range of Lamberts products, which is what I needed, I mean not a particular brand but the supplements for my pet. And, finally they got it.
I usually take my dog there for grooming! Those guys are the best and know what to do. They take care of my dog, and my buddy feels calm in their hands. They don't give him any sedatives, so I always pick them!

Honestly a great shop! It's convenient to make orders once you've made an account, the prices are really good, and the customer care support is really helpful. The shipping had delays though, and it took almost 3 weeks to delivet, so I'll give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
